		<description>Hey Cammi!  I like your blog.  To stay healthy I exercise at the gym 5x a week, and try to add in a workout video &amp; exercise class (zumba or turbokick) also during the week.  I have been watching my portions, and strengthening my self-control with sweets/desserts.  I&#039;ve been reading Ryan S.&#039;s blog, and checking in on IdealShape for awhile now.  I&#039;d love to give their stuff a try!  Thanks for the chance to win.  (I can&#039;t decide between chocolate or vanilla, so I&#039;d pick whichever you&#039;d recommend!)</description>
