In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that we take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So I thought that on Fridays I would take it easy on posting, too. Therefore, I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response.

My question to you is:

What do you do to stay healthy?

As I’ve been working on getting healthy and losing weight, (you can read more about my progress here) I’ve realized it isn’t about a “diet”. It’s about a full lifestyle change. I’m excited to be getting such great results with IdealShape. This week I was down another 2 pounds, but most importantly, I’m down a little over 4% body fat and 4 inches in my waist and hips!     I work out everyday and eat organic foods. With that said I have had several strokes, my first when I was 37.

    I try to eat healthy – I don’t really eat a lot of snack foods. And I don’t smoke or really drink alcohol (too much anyway -lol.)

    I’d like the Milk Chocolate.

    I try and eat healthy, remembering to eat my fruits and veggies. I also try to stay active. This usually means cleaning house while wearing my baby and getting out of the house to take walks whenever I get a chance

    I eat soup for lunch and occasionally try to get my lazy self off the couch and do some exercise every once in a while. wednesday night basketball helps too. Either flavor will be fine and I’ll be glad to pick up my prize, thanks!

  8. when it comes to food, i’m really not a meat eater! but i’m not exactly a vegetarian… and i stay away from too much dessert, or soda, coke,

    I have been eating healthy…counting WW points on my own. I also have incorporated more excercise into my life. In fact this morning I worked out to the Jillian Shred…great workout!

    Hey Cammi! I like your blog. To stay healthy I exercise at the gym 5x a week, and try to add in a workout video & exercise class (zumba or turbokick) also during the week. I have been watching my portions, and strengthening my self-control with sweets/desserts. I’ve been reading Ryan S.’s blog, and checking in on IdealShape for awhile now. I’d love to give their stuff a try! Thanks for the chance to win. (I can’t decide between chocolate or vanilla, so I’d pick whichever you’d recommend!)

    I try and watch my portions and get some type of physical activity every day.

  20. Am I eligible? If I am, hook me up with the chocolate. Actually, don’t let me win, give it to some other deserving person who doesn’t already drink the shakes like they’re going out of style (which they’re not by the way). Congrats Cammi on slimming down. Oh what a feeling!
