Ouch – You’re Pinching My Wallet…

Everyone is thinking about money. And how could you not?? Every time you turn on the TV there is another report about Wall Street or the housing market or gas prices or this or that. I started clipping coupons to help our family save a few dollars. Now I’m the crazy coupon lady at the store with a binder, a calculator and all of the weekly circulars from stores in the area. :) It seemed silly to me to clip coupons and save $.50 or $1 per item, but then I started to do the math. For example, if I buy 10 items at the store and save $.50 on each item, that’s $5. If I can save $5 each week, that will add up to over $200 a year! (More on the coupons later)

Little savings add up to a lot over time. If you have eyeglasses, you know how expensive they are. If you want to save a few dollars on the cost of glasses, check out Zenni Optical for high fashion, prescription eyeglasses that start at just $8. They have an easy to navigate site that displays the eyeglass categories in the left sidebar. You can browse the site by cost, style, or even new arrivals.

So if you’re in the market for new glasses, check out Zenni Optical for an easy way to keep more money in your pocket!
